RICHMOND PLACE 2020.
May 16th 2017 my clients and I signed the contracts for me to design, interior design, project manage, select furniture, landscape design and create large pieces of unique art for 32 Richmond Cresent formally known now as RICHMOND PLACE.
The construction of the home was by G J Gardner Geelong and project managed by Leigh and myself.
I designed the home which is a four bedroom, two living areas, two bathrooms upstairs with an ensuite and powder room downstairs. The kitchen has a full walk in butlers pantry accompanied with a ten seater dining table looking out to an seven metre floor to ceiling glass view of the pool hard up to the glass. Also we have the main living, all open opening on the left to a feature pond and water feature, finished with designer lighting to feature tree and water pourers.
To the rignt we have access to a fully serviced alfresco barbecue and cooling units. There is a sun lounge area to give a total resort like feel. The gym is also located on the ground floor of the home.
There is a garage off the back lane way which is the `man cave` of the house.
There is an out door dining area, a seating area around a centralized fire pit with pool bean bags and mini ottermans fire side. Theres a gallery hallway with open stair treadsleading up to the upstairs hang out room, powder room, three bedrooms, one with ensuite, and a second bathroom for the two other bedrooms.
More to come as the landscaping comes together.
